Following the confirmation of your appointment, you will receive the following:
- A text message on your mobile phone or email confirmation (assuming you provided it as a contact number).
- A picture of your technician and a confirmation email will be sent to you 24 hours before your appointment.
Is it possible to modify or cancel orders before they arrive?
Through Amazon Orders, you can communicate with your technician, reschedule the appointment, or cancel online. Cancelling a job does not necessitate a refund because you are not charged until the actual work is completed. Contact the Ring official customer helpline, in case of any need.
